ABOUT US
Love Mussel is a family firm which started after the founder Andy FitzGerald had worked for many years in the shellfish industry. Andy was involved in a number of projects looking at utilising and cleaning shellfish by-products. Paula (one of our artists and Andy's Mother-in-Law) saw the gift potential for these wonderful shells and produced are series of local landscapes on oyster and Christmas tree decorations on queen scallop shells. Beautiful 'love cats' fridge magnets were then produced for all guests at Andy's wedding anniversary party. Love Mussel brings a passion for fun and art together for that gift which is just a little bit different.
